I had an awesome experience at Sure Stop in Conway! Logan, Joel, and the entire staff really went above and beyond to take care of me from start to finish. I brought in my F-150 to have a lowering kit installed, and they absolutely nailed it — the truck is sitting perfect and looks incredible. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Sure Stop if you want quality work and great service!

Took my vehicle there and they told me it was my water pump and radiator plus they did tire rods cost me almost $3000 got my vehicle back and it wouldn’t go over 45 miles an hour took it right back to them then they tell me it’s your thermostat got my thermostat fixed and it still wouldn’t go over 45 took it back to him them Then they said oh it’s your Transmission. Remind you they had previous did a diagnostic on my vehicle and those codes was not popping up at first now it’s more than ten codes. They want me to pay them almost another $5000 to fix something that wasn’t messed up in the begin. I drove it there going over 65 miles an hour. Now no one wants to take responsibility

Best Tire Store in Arkansas.... ask about Snap® Financing, almost nothing down $40bucks and 90 day same as cash, excellent terms, best wheels and tires in America today hands down..!
